Facebook Conversion API (CAPI)

Our system leverages the Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) to send Salesforce data back to Facebook Ads in real-time.

The Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) is designed to send conversion data in real-time to Facebook so that Facebook Ads can optimize against these conversions sent server-side and improve conversion collection.

Given that CAPI was designed to create a conversion feedback loop with the ad platform it is not designed for historical data imports. As such, it will only import events that occurred within the last 7-days.
