Salesforce API Limits

Frequency and lead volume will impact your total number of allotted API calls. If you select a higher frequency ensure that it falls within your Salesforce account API limit. 

A few things to keep in mind to determine the right frequency:

  • Since the Facebook Conversion API is restricted to a 7-day look-back window our system only pulls leads that fall within your defined filters that are 7-days or younger.
  • We pull data in batches of 2,000 leads per batch. 
  • The default frequency is set to every 60 minutes but you can increase this to be every 15 minutes. Increased frequencies are intended for accounts that are spending $50K + per day on Facebook ads.
