Scan & Import Frequency

You can define the scan and import feature from 15 - 60 minutes. There are two factors to consider when choosing a frequency:

  1. If you are driving high lead volume consider setting the import frequency to every 15 minutes.
  2. If there is a delay from lead capture to lead enrichment within Salesforce, which can range from 5 - 10 minutes, consider selecting the 45 or 60-minute scan and import frequency.
