Batch Tagging forces UTM tagging to occur in batches which will stagger the process and avoid all ads in your accounts from going into review at the same time.

Because Facebook considers all changes or updates to an ad a significant edit active ads will briefly get pushed back into review.

To minimize the impact of tagging ads with UTMs on larger accounts you can select a batch frequency so that your ads will get tagged incrementally in 30 minute intervals.
