As soon as you click Save your events will start importing into Facebook and Google Ads. A few things to keep in mind as you locate your new events:

For Facebook Ads:

The initial Conversion Stream sync can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 12 hours prior to displaying in the Facebook Events Manager.
You do not need to configure this event as one of your 8 priority web events since this event is strictly a server-side event.
The Facebook Conversion API matches events on a 7-day lookback window. Events older than 7 days will not match back in the Facebook Ads Manager.
Once the campaign(s) with the new server-side event assigned as the conversion event is active, you will be able to locate the event under conversions when customizing your Ads Manager columns.

For Google Ads:

The initial Conversion Stream sync can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 12 hours prior to displaying in the Conversion Events Manager.
Google matches events using Click IDs on a 90-day lookback window. Events older than 90 days will not match back in Google Ads.
